My name is Fredrik and I am a Technical Game Designer at EA DICE, Stockholm.
Having studied both computer and system science and game design, I have a greater understanding of game development, especially the technical parts of it. During my studies at Futuregames, I have had the opportunity to further increase my skills within gameplay programming by taking the role of lead scripter during each major project. This has not only given me experience with working in a team, but also within character-, AI- and network-programming, just to name a few.
To me, game development is not just about delivering a game, but making something fun and enjoyable. I believe that one of the most important things is to enjoy your work and that is one way of developing a great game. I always strive to improve myself in whatever I am doing and by working closely together in a team with different disciplines is something that I love because it is one of the best opportunities to grow as a developer.
